End to end consideration

Careful selection of materials and equipment are detailed and overlaid on the master vessel 3d model or digital twin. We work with the client and end user and discuss items such as access for planned maintenance, ergonomics, system layout, spares and redundancy, while offering a class compliant and operationally functional design.
Digitally informed builds
A complex 3d model also serves the yard to deliver vital information in planned and designated pipe routes, penetrations, secondary structures and weight management. Typically with this level of information, the yard cuts rework hours down significantly due to up front planning and bespoke drawing outputs.
